Judge links Ben Stevens to FBI probe

For the first time, a federal judge is making a firm link between former state Senate President Ben Stevens and the federal corruption probe.

U.S. District Court Judge John Sedwick, in documents filed in the case against former state lawmakers Bruce Weyrauch and Pete Kott, identifies Stevens as the person referred to in court documents as “State Senator A.”
